At QuickMRR, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. We built our service to help you track your MRR efficiently while collecting only the data necessary to make that happen. We never sell your data, we never share it for advertising, and you're always in control. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, and how you can manage it.

What Data We Collect

We only collect data that's essential for QuickMRR to work. Here's exactly what we gather:

Information You Provide

  • Email address – Required for account creation, login, and service communications
  • Username/Name – To personalize your experience
  • Payment information – Processed securely through PayPal (we never see or store your full credit card details)

Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage data – Which pages you visit and which features you use, so we can improve QuickMRR
  • Device information – Your browser type, to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues

What We DON'T Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we don't collect:

  • Phone numbers
  • Home addresses
  • Your original Stripe CSV data (we process it but don't store the raw files)
  • Precise location data
  • Social media profiles
  • Any unnecessary personal information

How We Use Your Data

We use your data for specific, legitimate purposes:

  1. To provide QuickMRR's core service – Processing your data to calculate and display your MRR metrics
  2. To communicate with you – Responding to your support requests and resolving issues
  3. To send product updates – Notifying you about new features, improvements, or important changes (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  4. To improve our product – Analyzing usage patterns to understand what works and what doesn't, so we can make QuickMRR better
  5. To ensure security – Detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized access

Data Storage and Security

Where Your Data Lives

Your data is stored in United States (Ohio) through our hosting provider Supabase.

For European Union Users

If you're in the EU, your data may be transferred to the United States. We protect these transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. This ensures your data receives the same level of protection as required under GDPR, even when stored outside the EU.

How We Protect Your Data

  • Encryption in transit – All data sent between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Access controls – Only authorized personnel can access user data, and only when necessary
  • Regular security audits – We continuously monitor and improve our security measures

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data. Depending on where you live, you have specific legal rights:

For Everyone

  • Access your data – View all your information on your History page and Results page
  • Delete your data – Use the delete button on your History page to remove specific records. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at with the subject line "Delete My Account" – we'll process this within 30 days
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails – Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

For EU Users (GDPR Rights)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you also have the right to:

  • Data portability – Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Rectification – Correct inaccurate information
  • Restriction of processing – Limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing – Object to our use of your data for specific purposes

Data Retention

Active Accounts

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. This ensures QuickMRR works properly and you can access your historical MRR data whenever you need it.

Account Deletion

When you request account deletion (by emailing with subject "Delete My Account"), we will:

  1. Immediately remove your access to the account
  2. Permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days
  3. Retain only minimal information required by law (such as payment records for tax purposes, typically 7 years)

Inactive Accounts

If you stop using QuickMRR but don't delete your account, we'll retain your data. You can return anytime.

We Never...

Let's be explicit about what we don't do:

  • ❌ Sell your data – Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else
  • ❌ Share data for advertising – We don't provide your information to ad networks
  • ❌ Track you across the web – No cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling
  • ❌ Read your Stripe data beyond processing – We don't store your raw CSV files
  • ❌ Access your data unnecessarily – Our team only views user data when required for support or security
  • ❌ Use dark patterns – Making it easy to delete your account is as important as making it easy to sign up

International Data Transfers

QuickMRR serves users globally. Here's what that means for data transfers:

  • Primary storage location: United States (Ohio)
  • EU users: Your data is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) when transferred outside the EU
  • Other regions: We comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
